We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all first-time orders, subject to the conditions below. Because results depend on consistent use, we ask that you use the product as directed for at least 30 days before submitting a refund request, and briefly describe your experience with it.

We stand behind our product, but we can't guarantee individual results, since everyone's skin and situation is different.

What's Covered

  • Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund within 60 days of delivery, once the unused product is received back at our facility.
  • Opened/used products: Eligible if you've used the product for at least 14 days and it didn't work out. Return the tube(s) to us; we'll cover return shipping.
  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo for a free replacement or refund — no return necessary.
  • Wrong item received: If we made an error, we'll ship the correct item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What's Not Covered

  • Refund requests made more than 60 days after the delivery date.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers (please contact that seller directly).
  • Shipping fees on the original order, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

How to Request a Refund or Return

  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm eligibility and send return instructions if a physical return is needed.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Unopened products and damaged/defective items generally don't require you to wait for a return before refund approval — we'll confirm details case by case.

Multi-Pack Bundles

  • Multi-packs: The 60-day guarantee applies to the full bundle. If only one item shipped separately arrived damaged, we'll replace just that item rather than the full bundle.

Order Cancellations
